As we celebrated the new year’s arrival, another annual event crept in through our doors. That’s right: winter. For some this is exciting, as winter’s frigid temperature brings with it snow for new trails to blaze and frozen landscapes for fishing and skating. Meanwhile others are content to stay within the warmth of their homes with a holiday movie or a good book. Whatever side you fall on, here are some events to get you out and about to enjoy the winter spirit this new year!
